This update sits at the heart of the new model, which is designed for runners seeking plush comfort over long distances.</p> <p>The Gel-Nimbus 29 will be available worldwide from 1 December.</p> <h2 id="redesigned-sole-and-upper">Redesigned sole and upper</h2> <p>Alongside the new foam, the shoe features a reshaped sole with a wave pattern on the underside. This design is intended to compress more effectively, enhancing the soft feel. Asics has also incorporated its PureGel technology in the heel to absorb shock on landing.</p>
