Golden Hill Tower Limited, part of the YKK Corporation group, marked its 25th anniversary with a ceremony in Yangon, Myanmar, on 21 September 2026. The event brought together approximately 230 guests, including YKK Corporation president Koichi Matsushima, YKK Holding Asia president Kazuto Daimon, and Golden Hill Tower Limited president Ryuji Shimokawa. The programme featured a commemorative tree planting and a look back at the company’s history.
From 1997 to Today: A Quarter-Century of Hospitality
Established in 1997, Golden Hill Tower Limited opened its first serviced apartment for expatriates in Myanmar in November 2000. Over the past 25 years, the company has grown its presence in the country, providing accommodation tailored to the needs of foreign nationals working in Myanmar.
